How to export extracted data to CSV or Excel
Once extraction finishes, results download as CSV or XLSX (Excel-compatible) to your normal downloads folder. Nothing is uploaded at any point — the export is generated from the records already stored locally in your browser.

Confirm the columns landed where you expected before you rely on the data.
Worth knowing
- If you'll open the CSV in Excel and your data contains accented or non-Latin characters, be aware Excel's default CSV import can misread encodings. XLSX avoids the question entirely.
- Exports are generated locally from records in your browser — no upload, and no row limit.
- Add source URL and capture date columns in your spreadsheet after export. It's the difference between a dataset you can defend and a spreadsheet of unattributed rows.
Questions
Is there a row limit on exports?
No. There's no paid tier and no row cap — you can extract as much as your machine can hold.
Should I use CSV or XLSX?
CSV if the data is going into another tool or a CRM import. XLSX if you're opening it in Excel directly — it avoids the encoding problems Excel's CSV import can cause with accented and non-Latin characters.
